You know exactly what you need to do. You just can't seem to do it.

Maybe it’s the career pivot you’ve been thinking about for two years.

Or the business you’re building but keep avoiding the work that’ll actually move the needle.

Or the nagging feeling that you’ve built a successful life on paper, but something important is missing.

Or the creative project you can’t stop thinking about but never seem to prioritize.

Or the part of you that desperately needs rest while another part insists everyone else’s needs come first.

Being stuck in these inner battles feels painful, because what you want isn’t a random task on your to-do list. It’s a goal you’ll regret not taking action on.

You long to be the kind of person who takes consistent action to move forward.

But every time you’re about to start – or even when you do start – something happens. You delay. You distract yourself. You find reasons to wait until you feel more ready, more confident, more certain.

And then comes the inner backlash:

Why am I not taking action? Why do I keep getting in my own way? I wish I had more self-discipline. Why can’t I just DO it? What is WRONG with me?

GUESS WHAT?

If you could "just do it," you'd have done it already.

Just saying.

You're not alone, and there's nothing wrong with you. You get in your way because you are conflicted. And inner conflicts can be resolved.

The truth about why you keep getting in your own way?
Your dreams and your fears are at war.

Most of us get stuck, not because we lack discipline, but because we are conflicted. Our dreams pull us in one direction, while our fears have other plans. Inner Alignment Lab teaches you an evidence-based way to work WITH your resistance, not against it – so action becomes easier and more sustainable.

Here's what inner conflicts look like:

CAREER FULFILLMENT

Part A: I’ve built a successful career, but something feels off. Isn’t there more to life?

Part B: Don’t get all philosophical. You have everything you need.

Part C: Don’t tell anyone you feel this way. You sound ungrateful and entitled.

BUILDING A BUSINESS

Part A: I need to be putting myself out there more so I can grow my income and impact.

Part B: But you don’t know what you’re doing. Laying low is safer.

Part C: There are so many people who do this work. Why will someone hire me?

PERSONAL WELLBEING

Part A: I need to stop putting everyone else first all the time. I’m burning out.

Part B: That’s so selfish. You have responsibilities. People rely on you.

Part C: If we slow down, everything will fall apart. Can’t take that risk. We need to try harder.

Whether the conflict is between gratitude and fulfillment, safety and growth, or caring for yourself and caring for others, the result is often the same:

You stay stuck in a loop of should try distract give up self-blame back to should.

Not because you haven't tried hard enough.

Because different parts of you are pulling in different directions.

The Solution? Inner Alignment

Imagine if instead of inner conflicts, there was inner harmony.

The examples would look a little different:

CAREER FULFILLMENT

Part A: I’ve built a successful career, but something feels off. Isn’t there more to life?

Part B: What do you mean? Could there be more to life? How do we find out?

Part C: It’s true that we have lots to be grateful for. It’s also true that we’re not fulfilled. Both things can be true.

BUILDING A BUSINESS

Part A: I need to be putting myself out there more so I can grow my income and impact.

Part B: That’s true, but “putting ourselves out there” feels risky. Let’s begin with smaller steps?

Part C: Lots of people do this work, but we have a unique lens. If we can help people, they will hire us.

PERSONAL WELLBEING

Part A: I need to stop putting everyone else first all the time. I’m burning out.

Part B: People depend on us, so we need a way that takes care of everyone – including us.

Part C: We can’t keep going at this pace. Things are falling apart anyway. Let’s start with 10 minutes a day for us?

Feel the difference? When conflicted, you're stuck. When aligned, the energy you've been spending fighting yourself becomes available for the life you're trying to build.

How it Works: The Inner Alignment Roadmap

Building inner alignment is an ongoing practice. But the process of getting unstuck and making progress unfolds in four phases.

Phase 1

Awareness

Gain clarity about where you are, why this goal matters, and what’s keeping you stuck (it’s not discipline!)

Phase 2

Acceptance

Learn to stop blaming yourself and start supporting yourself (because self-blame makes change harder.)

Phase 3

Alignment

Use conflict resolution principles to address inner conflicts (when resistance melts, progress is inevitable.)

Phase 4

Action

Start taking sustainable action on what matters (when you’re not holding yourself back, action flows more effortlessly.)

What's Included Every Month

Self-paced Lessons

Work through the Inner Alignment framework on your own schedule. Audio, video, and reflection practices you can keep coming back to.

Resources + Compassionate Guidance

Evidence-based resources + compassionate, precise, no-nonsense guidance from someone who’s been there.

Inner Alignment Lab is not a content library with an overwhelming amount of content you’ll never finish consuming. It is a teaching and coaching container where you’ll be supported and guided at a steady, spacious pace.

Is Inner Alignment Lab Right For You?

Inner Alignment Lab is for you if you:

  • Are a growth-driven person who knows what they want but can’t seem to take consistent action
  • Have something meaningful* you want to create, pursue, change, or become – and you’re no longer willing to leave it sitting on the sidelines
  • Feel caught between the life you’ve built and the life a deeper part of you wants to create
  • Are willing to be honest with yourself to experience deeper transformations
  • Enjoy personal development
  • Worry that years from now you’ll regret not pursuing what matters most to you

*This goal must genuinely matter to YOU. If your big Why is someone else’s “should,” this won’t work.

Inner Alignment Lab is NOT for you if you:

  • Are looking for a quick fix or a productivity hack
  • Are unwilling to explore your inner world with honesty
  • Are navigating significant mental health challenges or trauma – please seek licensed support first
  • Don’t have a deeply important goal you are determined to make progress on
  • Don’t enjoy personal development
  • Don’t like words like “soul” and “spirituality”

IAL is a container for people who value depth, honesty, growth, fulfillment, and spaciousness. It’s not a place that adds pressure to your life. It’s a space that invites you to stop using pressure to make progress.

What you'll gain from Inner Alignment Lab

  • Clarity on what’s actually been keeping you stuck — and a concrete path forward that doesn’t involve trying harder
  • An alternative to discipline that actually helps you stop procrastinating and start moving forward
  • Less self-blame, more self-trust — and conflict resolution tools you’ll find yourself using on your partner and your kids too
  • Relief, excitement, and satisfaction because you’re finally making progress on something that truly matters to you instead of spending your energy fighting yourself.

Investment: USD 100/month.

If we haven't met, hi.
I'm Yashi.

I am a certified positive psychology coach who helps people find more confidence, peace, and productivity – without critical self-talk or forced discipline.

My work blends the science of happiness with a spiritual lens and powerful tools from my training as a coach and a conflict resolution professional.

The reason I care deeply about this work is because I have struggled with all the stuff I now help people overcome.

A few years ago, even though I was equipped with a coaching certification and a Master’s degree in the science of happiness, I was struggling to make progress on goals that truly mattered to me: writing, entrepreneurship, motherhood, and more.

I knew I wasn’t fulfilling my potential, and yet, for years, I played small, stayed invisible, and doubted myself. I was stuck in the cycle of self-blame – thinking I didn’t have “enough discipline.”

I chased discipline so that I could be a better version of myself. Among other things, I wanted to:

  • Finally honour my soul’s desire to write – and consistently share – my writing with the world
  • Stop letting my self-doubt hold me back and start showing up with more courage and confidence.
  • Be a more loving, present mother

Unfortunately, all my efforts ended up in more procrastination, self-blame, and frustration.

But here’s something you need to know about me: I am the kind of person who believes in treating life’s challenges as fuel for my soul’s evolution. I was determined to find a way forward.

Then one day, while working with a spiritual teacher, something shifted. All my training – in positive psychology, coaching, and conflict resolution – suddenly came together in a coherent process. And with it came a realization that changed everything: I wasn’t failing because I lacked discipline. I was failing because different parts of me wanted different things. Once I learned to work with those inner conflicts instead of fighting them, progress stopped being a struggle.

Since then, I have used this process (inner alignment) to:

  • Fulfill my life-long dream of writing more consistently
  • Become a more courageous and resilient entrepreneur
  • Show up as a calmer, more patient mother
  • and much more.

Inner alignment has helped me finally act on dreams that once seemed frustratingly out of reach.

And these results are not limited to me. My coaching clients have also used inner alignment to stop fighting themselves and start moving toward what matters most to them.

If you are tired of getting in your own way and the pursuit of self-discipline hasn’t been very fruitful, Inner Alignment Lab could change your life.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I can't attend all the live calls?

All calls will be recorded and available to you. Joining live gives you the option to ask questions and meet the community, so I encourage you to prioritize attendance. That said, no worries if you can't.

I've tried everything and nothing works. What's the guarantee this will work?

Inner Alignment Lab is specifically for people who have tried everything and are still struggling. It's made by someone who was once in your shoes! The process gets to the ROOT of why we stay stuck - the inner conflicts that sabotage our efforts. It's not about trying harder; it's about working with yourself differently. I can't promise a specific outcome - I don't know you yet, and your results will depend on your engagement. But I can tell you this: if you show up and do the work, something will shift.

How much time will I need to commit weekly?

Expect one 60-90 minute call every month, plus 30-60 minutes weekly for reflection practices, reading, and small experiments. The time commitment is designed to be manageable - this isn't about adding more pressure to your life.

I buy programs but never really finish the material. How will this be any different?

Inner Alignment Lab doesn't bury you in a sea of content to consume. There are some fundamentals we'll cover through pre-recorded videos, but there will be live engagement, guidance, and support. You won't be doing this alone.

Who shouldn't join Inner Alignment Lab?

Inner Alignment Lab is a personal development membership - not therapy or mental health treatment. The tools and practices here are designed for growth-driven people who are fundamentally well but feeling stuck and want to make progress without critical self-talk or forced discipline. If you're navigating significant mental health challenges, trauma, or emotional distress, I encourage you to seek support from a licensed professional first. This work will be here when you're ready.

What does a "Live 6-month Journey" mean?

IAL is a monthly membership, but in June 2026, a cohort of new members will start a live, 6-month long journey guided by Yashi. This means you'll receive more live teaching, coaching, and guidance. The 6-month duration is designed to give you enough space to learn the process and practice applying it to your life - without rushing or feeling like you're missing out.

What if I join and it's not a good fit? Can I get a refund?

IAL is a monthly membership, which means you can cancel your subscription anytime. Payments already made will not be refunded.

Is there a 6-month commitment if I join?

While there is no long-term commitment, I recommend that you join only if you're open to actively engaging in the membership for at least 3-6 months. I am serious about helping you make progress and I want to work with people who are actually committed to their goals.

You already know what matters.
The question is, how much longer will you keep fighting yourself?

  • How much longer will you let fear argue with possibility?
  • How much longer will you let self-doubt drown out what you know to be true?
  • How much longer will you postpone the things that matter most because different parts of you can’t agree on what to do next?
Imagine waking up and taking consistent action on important goals – without the inner battles.

That’s what inner alignment makes possible. I’d love to show you how. Come join me!
