You're here because there is an unignorable gap between the life you had envisioned for yourself and the life you find yourself living.

Maybe you don’t quite recognize the person you see in the mirror every morning. It resembles you, but it’s not really you. When and how did you lose yourself? Where did YOU go from your life? There was a time when you were full of life, energy, and dreams. But now, life - which has a distinctly meh quality to it - seems to be passing you by. You know you must do something, that this can't go on, but what?
You're longing for change, but either don’t know where to begin, feel overwhelmed with everything you could be doing, or you've tried it all and nothing seems to stick for long.
Maybe you’re known as a "rockstar" leader all around, but deep down, you are tired of projecting confidence on the outside while your inner world is filled with self-doubt. Despite your stellar track record, recent promotion, and ongoing recognition, you worry that one day, everyone will know you're an imposter. Your stress levels are through the roof, impacting your health and wellbeing. Work-life balance is a cherished, distant dream.
You long to lead in a way where you don't waste energy managing your inner divide, where you can truly rest in the knowing that you know what you're doing, and where you can enjoy the life you've worked so hard to build.
Maybe you’re a committed, overwhelmed HR professional, passionate about helping people even when you are struggling. You are emotionally drained and physically exhausted while you tirelessly work to improve employee wellbeing at your company. The irony isn't lost on you. You know that taking care of yourself will make it So. Much. Easier to give your best to your team, organization, and family. But prioritizing your own needs fills you with guilt. People rely on you. You don’t want to be “selfish.”
You're longing to find a way where your commitment to your team, organization, and family doesn't mean burning yourself out.
If your life feels off course, it's likely because you're following someone else's prescription for success and happiness.
Here’s the DEAL
The world is constantly telling you how you should lead, parent, live.
But, how do YOU want to?
“Make a lot of money!”
“Be strong! Emotions make you weak.”
“Don’t be selfish!”
Such advice exists, and is prevalent, for a reason.
Money does matter.
Displaying emotions can lead to poor perceptions of you.
No one likes selfish people.
The problem is, none of this advice takes YOU into account – who you are, what matters most to you, what energizes and depletes you, what helps you make progress, what truly brings you peace.
There is no one-size-fits-all formula for thriving at work, in relationships, and in life. Are there fundamental principles you can use? Yes. Can you learn from all the wisdom out there? Absolutely. But can you outsource the entire work and responsibility of your own happiness to someone else? I really don’t think so.
True, lasting happiness and fulfillment require you to take charge of your life. To stop looking for answers outside of you and look within.
I firmly believe that deep inner work is often the missing piece of the happiness puzzle.
You can continue to follow the world’s advice.
You can continue to look for quick, easy, effortless solutions.
OR, you can be done with all that and start making choices that are more true to you than anything has been in a long, long time.
That’s where I come in.
Hi, I am Yashi. I coach leaders, HR professionals, and humans ready to do the inner work of happiness, so that they can live a deeply fulfilling, regret-free life.
Let’s face it
Listening to everyone else but yourself hasn't always served you well.
It's time to listen to yourself.
Coaching with me is all about creating the space where you can listen to the wisdom that lies deep within you.
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
What truly motivates you?
What matters most to you?
How can you find fulfillment at work and in life?
How can you lead with authentic confidence?
How can you balance caring for yourself while caring for others?
How can you take action on dreams you’ve put on hold for way too long?
What’s in your way and how can you move past it?
What is the purpose of your life?
How do you want to live your life?
These are just a few of the hundreds of questions I have helped coaching clients answer for themselves over the past decade.
