Pushing yourself to "be more disciplined" doesn't address these conflicts, so you stay stuck.

What will we do inside Inner Alignment Lab?
Over 3 months (Dec 2025 – Feb 2026), I’ll teach and coach you through a step-by-step process to get unstuck and make progress on your goal. Here’s the roadmap:
Phase 1: Build Awareness – Gain clarity about where you are, why this goal matters, and what’s keeping you stuck (it’s not discipline!)
Phase 2: Experience Acceptance – Learn to stop blaming yourself and start supporting yourself with curiosity and compassion (because shame doesn’t help with growth.)
Phase 3: Create Alignment – Learn a step-by-step process to resolve your inner conflicts and create inner harmony (because sustainable shifts happen from the inside out.) We take a conflict resolution approach to get your inner team to stop fighting and start working together.
Phase 4: Take Action – Start taking aligned, authentic, sustainable action on your goal (when you’re not holding yourself back, action flows more effortlessly.)

I'm Yashi.
I am a certified positive psychology coach who helps people find more confidence, peace, and productivity – without the grind of self-discipline.
My work blends the science of happiness with a spiritual lens and powerful tools from my training as a coach and a conflict resolution professional.
The reason a care deeply about this work is because I struggled with self-discipline for decades.
