If true happiness eludes you no matter what you do, You’re in the right place.

Ditch "Discipline." Build Inner Alignment. Take charge of your happiness at work (and in life.)

I help leaders and professionals uncover and address the root causes of their stress, burnout, and “stuckness” so that they can live with joy, contentment, and ease.

Does this sound familiar…

You're trying as hard as you can, but something is not working.

You are a hard working, accomplished professional struggling with overwhelm, burnout, and self-doubt. Chances are, you know what you should be doing:

  • prioritizing sleep, exercise and nutrition
  • setting boundaries and saying no more often
  • making time for what’s important, not just what’s urgent
  • speaking up in meetings to share your ideas
  • disconnecting from work to be present with your loved ones

And yet, you struggle with putting this knowledge into practice.

You are frustrated with yourself and your self-talk turns to:

  • I am not disciplined enough
  • Everyone else seems to be doing better
  • I don’t know what I am doing
  • What’s wrong with me?
  • I am not good enough

Which leads to more overwhelm, burnout, and self-doubt. It’s a nasty cycle.

What if "working harder" is not the solution?

I Believe…

You don't need more discipline. You need inner alignment.

The world is a noisy place and it’s getting noisier.

There are so many “experts” telling you the secrets to a happy, healthy, fulfilling life.

To be fair, the advice makes sense. You wish you could implement it in your life. But the truth is, you’re drowning as it is. Where’s the time or the energy to sort through this flood of information and actually implement it?

If only you were more organized, or more disciplined, or born with a different personality…

Honestly? It won’t have mattered.

Because we live in a world designed to benefit from our feelings of inadequacy. If you were more disciplined, you’d be feeling bad about lacking something else.

The constant pressure to push harder, do more, be more, is insatiable. Nothing you do ever feels enough. It’s not surprising so many brilliant leaders and professionals are struggling.

The good news? It doesn’t have to be this way.

You are more powerful than you realize. You can take charge and shift things in your life. And you can do that without forcing yourself to be more “disciplined.”

How?

By cultivating inner alignment.

What is inner alignment?

Inner alignment is the state when your head, heart, body, and soul are in harmony.

When your inner world feels aligned, you don't spend precious energy navigating internal battles between your head and your heart

With alignment, it becomes easier to make better choices that improve your wellbeing, without pushing yourself through sheer willpower.

With alignment comes more joy, ease, and contentment.

 Imagine if:

  • You decided to prioritize sleep over Netflix, and no part of you resisted that decision
  • You decided to share your ideas at work, and your fears didn’t hold you back
  • You started logging-off at 5 pm and enjoyed the evening being present with your family

If you’re done trying to (fruitlessly) control yourself through discipline and want a gentler, more joyful path, let’s chat.

Hi, I am Yashi.

I am a Certified Positive Psychology Coach, mother, and former HR professional. I help professionals uncover and address the root causes of their stress, burnout, and work-life imbalance using the science of happiness. Going beyond surface-level solutions leads to my clients feeling a deeper – and lasting – sense of empowerment, resilience, and emotional well-being.

I walk the talk, and have spent 12+ years (and counting) going deeper and deeper to discover my own truths about life, leadership, happiness, work, and parenting.

I have a Master’s degree in the science of happiness, am an ICF (PCC) certified coach, and have strong client testimonials.

I truly believe that one of the biggest reasons we experience stress, burnout, and overwhelm is because we have lost touch with who we are. To reclaim happiness at work and in life, we need to connect with ourselves and align our inner worlds.

Client Love

I worked with Yashi during a particularly challenging time in my life. I was struggling in some of my closest relationships. In speaking with Yashi, I found a safe space to explore my fears and blocks. I found her to be a kind, engaging and encouraging listener and adviser and I could feel that she was invested in my success, which is a super empowering feeling. Her true and genuine love for her work really shows and is admirable.

Mother and Data Scientist, France

“Yashi was able to interpret my words into impactful “roots” of areas that I struggle to be confident in. Her approach had HUGE, like gargantuan RESULTS for breakthroughs for me. I don’t know how she does it but I was able to trust her instantly and unlock lifelong blocks that I’ve had and change course. My confidence is at a lifetime high and I don’t feel I have a limit (as I very much did before). She gave me “a gift” that I will have top of mind and forever that is life changing!”

Mother and HR Professional, USA

“I’ve learned how to manage relationships, stress, and my own mindset about professional and personal situations. I’ve been able to practice some incredible self-love, learn how to manage suffering in a natural way, and have taken my strategic thinking game to a whole new level. The tools I’ve received from Yashi have been a game changer for me.”
