If YOuR Negative self-talk is undermining your potential, you’re in the right place.

You don't need more "discipline." You need inner alignment.

I help thoughtful, driven professionals calm their negative self-talk and build emotional resilience, so that they can show up with more clarity, courage, and inner confidence.

Does this sound familiar…

You're "successful" on the outside. But your inner world tells a different story.

You are thoughtful, capable, and committed to growing your impact.

And yet,

  • You second-guess yourself constantly – even after others praise your work
  • You procrastinate, avoid hard conversations, or overthink every decision
  • You feel like you’re faking confidence and will be “found out” any day
  • You’re exhausted from the mental noise – but unable to break free
  • You feel stuck, because your current way of working doesn’t seem sustainable but you don’t know what else to do

You are frustrated with yourself and your self-talk turns to:

  • I am not disciplined enough
  • Everyone else seems to be doing better
  • I don’t know what I am doing
  • What’s wrong with me?
  • I am not good enough

Which doesn’t help the chaos in your inner world.

It’s feels exhausting

What if there's nothing wrong with you?

I Believe…

You're not stuck because you lack discipline. You're stuck because your dreams and your fears are at war.

The world is a noisy place and it’s getting noisier.

There are so many things you want to do to explore your true potential and grow your impact. But everytime you consider taking a step forward, something from within you pulls you back:

  • That’s too risky
  • You’ll never get that promotion. Why bother applying?
  • Don’t say anything. Everyone will think you’re stupid
  • Let’s not rock the boat. It’s not that big a deal
  • Why can’t you just let it go?
  • You don’t know what you’re doing
  • You’ll never make it
And on, and on, and on.

And so, you choose to stay quiet. Small. Invisible. Safe.

But some dreams refuse to die. They keep popping up, calling you towards a bigger life. Insisting that you are meant for more. That there is more to life than arriving on your deathbed safely.

And the inner war continues.

So you can keep beating yourself up for your lack of discipline. But that won’t change much. Because what’s needed is an alignment between your head and your heart, your dreams and your fears, the life you’re currently living and the life you are meant to live.

The good news? You are more powerful than you realize.

You can end your inner war by creating inner alignment.

What is inner alignment?

Inner alignment is the state when your head, heart, body, and soul are in harmony.

When your inner world feels aligned, you don't spend precious energy navigating internal battles between your head and your heart

With alignment, it becomes easier to calm the negative voices that keep you small. Your inner critic becomes an inner ally - without force, discipline, or pushing through.

With alignment comes more joy, ease, and contentment.

 Imagine if:

  • You decided to act on your biggest dreams and no part of you resisted that decision
  • You decided to share your ideas at work, and your fears didn’t hold you back
  • You started logging-off at 5 pm and enjoyed the evening being present with your family

If you’re done trying to (fruitlessly) force yourself into maximizing your true potential and want an approach that actually works, let’s chat.

Hi, I am Yashi.

I am a Certified Positive Psychology Coach, mother, and former HR professional. I help thoughtful, driven professionals calm their negative self-talk and build emotional resilience, so that they can show up with more clarity, courage, and inner confidence.

My work blends the science of happiness with a spiritual lens and powerful tools from my training as a coach and a conflict resolution professional. My unique, root-cause focused approach leads to my clients feeling a deeper – and lasting – sense of empowerment, emotional resilience, and wellbeing.

I walk the talk, and have spent 12+ years (and counting) going deeper and deeper to discover my own truths about life, leadership, happiness, work, and parenting.

I have a Master’s degree in the science of happiness, am an ICF (PCC) certified coach, and have strong client testimonials.

I truly believe that many of our biggest struggles stem from a misalignment in our inner worlds. To explore our true potential at work and in life, we need to connect with ourselves and align our inner worlds.

Client Love

I worked with Yashi during a particularly challenging time in my life. I was struggling in some of my closest relationships. In speaking with Yashi, I found a safe space to explore my fears and blocks. I found her to be a kind, engaging and encouraging listener and adviser and I could feel that she was invested in my success, which is a super empowering feeling. Her true and genuine love for her work really shows and is admirable.

Mother and Data Scientist, France

“Yashi was able to interpret my words into impactful “roots” of areas that I struggle to be confident in. Her approach had HUGE, like gargantuan RESULTS for breakthroughs for me. I don’t know how she does it but I was able to trust her instantly and unlock lifelong blocks that I’ve had and change course. My confidence is at a lifetime high and I don’t feel I have a limit (as I very much did before). She gave me “a gift” that I will have top of mind and forever that is life changing!”

Mother and HR Professional, USA

“I’ve learned how to manage relationships, stress, and my own mindset about professional and personal situations. I’ve been able to practice some incredible self-love, learn how to manage suffering in a natural way, and have taken my strategic thinking game to a whole new level. The tools I’ve received from Yashi have been a game changer for me.”
